Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy is an evidence-based practice dedicated to restoring optimal movement and functional capacity for people experiencing injury, chronic illness, pain, or mobility deficits. Marlene is a registered Physiotherapist and will identify the root cause of dysfunction, establish clinical priorities, and engages patients in self-managed, sustainable recovery pathways.

Pilates Physio

Physio Pilates integrates physiotherapy principles with targeted Pilates-based rehabilitation exercises delivered on specialized equipment including the mat, reformer and small props. This clinically-guided approach emphasizes precision, neuromuscular control, core stability, optimal alignment, and balanced muscle development; critical components for stabilizing the body and achieving dynamic function.

Clinical Assessment

Your journey begins with a comprehensive 60-minute initial assessment conducted by your physiotherapist. Based on assessment findings, a goal-oriented treatment program is tailored to address your specific clinical needs and functional objectives. Treatment is modified or advanced as appropriate to ensure optimal outcomes.
